Yo & Da. The newest members of the Firstlight Team

Meet Yo & Da

They are the newest members of the Firstlight Team in Thailand.

I am excited to have this opportunity to introduce you to Yo & Da. They are a part of the next generation that the Lord is bring to us in Thailand.

Married for over three years they have a son, “Tday” who is two years old. His name Tday means: On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead. Because most Thais have a hard time pronouncing the ‘th’ sound, often times it sounds like a T, thus the name: Tday!

Yo is Burmese, born in the south of Thailand. He is 20 years old, loves to worship, plays the guitar well, and is gifted with children and young people. Da is amazing also. She, too, is in her 20’s, she is Thai from the Isaan region (northeast region) so she knows the the local culture and life style of the people. They are a great couple, a lovely family and we are blessed to have them.

Based out of the Firstlight Fellowship Church in Suwannakhuha, Thailand their role will be to provide leadership to 40 Families Without Fathers (FWF) children in two locations in the region.

Please pray this month as Yo & Da begin their journey with us. They bring with them a youthful zeal and a great hunger for God.

I am so much looking forward to serving with them.
