This month starts a new Thai school term in many locations across Thailand. A time of year when children and young adults are preparing to enter into another year of learning on their educational journey.

For some this is can also be a challenging time in life in households that are lacking the parental care of fathers in the home. Through Families Without Fathers (FWF) Firstlight is bringing hope to families in need by providing educational scholarships and regular visits to homes and area schools.
