Merry Christmas! The literal Chinese translation is: Sheng Dan Jie Kuai Le! Happy Holy Birthday! I think the Chinese got it more right than we have. During the Holiday season we celebrate the birth of our Holy Savior Jesus Christ! God left heaven to dwell among men through Jesus, He was the true light that came into the world that enlightens every man. Even through Covid-19 we are seeing people come to Christ on a daily basis, both in China and Myanmar. We don’t force any of our ministers out during this time, but they are all willingly going forth evangelizing, teaching the word, holding weekly house church meeting, and distributing gospel literatures.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit and through the teaching of the word of God; we are seeing many alcoholics and drug addicts set free and used in ministry. Being we live in a largely Buddhist nation, many who come to Christ are demon oppressed. We are seeing demonic chains of bondage break off their lives through healing and deliverance. By offering up to the Lord the souls of men, it is Christmas in heaven every day! Through your partnership, Firstlight this year, is shining His Light to those who dwell in darkness. May the joy of Christ be your stability through the Holiday season!
