The gospel is an unstoppable force in the earth today. Historically the Gospel work has paved its way through history on the blood of Christian martyrs who have laid down their lives for the cause of Christ and the message of salvation to mankind.

In Myanmar, formally known as Burma, we are seeing the Gospel work affect the poor and Buddhist influenced people here. Even now in the midst of Covid-19 and civil war the Gospel work is moving forward in astonishing ways!

Jesus fed many poor people in his ministry up until he preached a harder message in John 6:56. All those who followed Jesus for just a handout, fell away when challenged to make a deeper commitment to God. Our outreach to the poor in Myanmar is starting to bear real fruit. We are reaching out to thirty families near our center, and just this Wednesday 25 people from these families have come to hear the word of God. Join us each month through Firstlight! Pray, Give, Go, SEND!
