One of the many promises that we have since that first Pentecost until now is a Last Days outpouring of the Holy Spirit said to occur “upon all flesh” that has the potential of affecting every single person on planet earth when it comes! (See Acts 2:17-21; Joel 2:28)

What started off as “I am sending upon you the promise of the Father” (Luke 24:49) that was made and took place during that 40 day period between His Resurrection and His ascension when “He presented Himself alive” (Acts 1:3) was only the beginning of what God had in mind as an outpouring of Holy Spirit Presence that was meant for everyone to receive. (See Luke 24:49; Acts 1:3-8; Acts 2:39) In the Greek, Hebrew and in English – “all flesh” means “all flesh”.

You see, this promised outpouring was intended to occur in every generation until He returns to the earth. (See Acts 2:17; Joel 2:28; Acts 2:39) So…let us begin to see other people differently. To see them as those of whom God is touching by His Spirit! He is coming!
