Learning how to be led by God is an important part of our journey as followers of Christ. To know the leading of the Lord and what His will for our lives is crucial in our current and future realities. However, if not careful we can misinterpret what God is doing and not see the bigger picture. (See Luke 19:44)
The Scriptures are our instruction for Christian living. (See II Tim 3:16; I Cor 10:11; Rom 15:4; Psalm 119:105)
The words in the above title come from the book of Job. He wrestled with many conflicts that seemed to be out of his control. At times even Job’s friends tried to help him only to discover their perspective was limited. They had no idea what God’s intentions were. Their attempts to try to console Job seemed shallow lacking depth.
Throughout the story, Job’s statements reveal what he had already learned and knew about God. Trust the process. He knows the way I take.
