On January 5, 2020, my dear Dad, Jim Graham, went home to be with the Lord. He lived a long and impactful life, although he was a quiet man. His kind and caring nature, his wonderful sense of humor and his deeply generous and concerned in others nature made him very special to so many, even those outside his family. Even those who came to know him in his last year, his hospice nurses, some of the helpers and young people who would sit with him when I had to go out for more than an hour, were SO impressed with his wisdom, sharp wit, and how he was able to engage them in conversations about any subject.
He never stopped living and learning even up to the very end. He will be greatly missed by all of his family, and especially Dan and I who were so blessed to have him with us in our home for the past 22 months. It doesn’t seem real that he is not here with us any more. We appreciate all of your love and prayers for us as we grieve, especially for my mother, Virginia, age 89, my siblings, Ted and Chris, his grandchildren, Nicci, Jennifer and Josiah and his great grandsons, Michael and Daylin. How blessed we were to have such a kind and caring man as our Father and Protector.
